This moodles mission, should it choose to accept, is to provide an informational resource for U.S.A. National, Naturalized and International students who wish to take the ACT, SAT, GRE, and TOFEL practice exams for the purpose of  admission into United States colleges and universities, for the particular purpose of furthering their education. Getsmartmoodle.org also incorporates into its mission statement the right to remain autonomous, at liberty to change its direction and mission as the organization changes and grows reserving the right to develop other offshoot organizations.

Getsmartmoodle.org is an experiment in liberty, education, technology, free resources, global import and export of technology, development, and research; reserving the right to branch into smaller meetings, groups, and organized educational activities; diversifing and exploring the realms of non-profit; until such a time as Getsmartmoodle.org may deem it necessary to become a profit oriented organization. Getsmartmoodle.org is a works in progress and would appreciate your participation.

Getsmartmoodle.org also preserves its participants' and volunteers' right, to decide, their right to participate, and their right to appeal personal grevences.
